These general sales conditions are valid from December 1st 2016. It is published for your information and it is important to read them. They are liable to change in the future, in this case, the publication date of GSC is the date of entry.

Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs.
Prices of products are subject to change. However, any modifications will not affect an order validated before.

The amount owed by the customer is the amount indicated on the confirmation order sent by e-mail to the customer.
All internet payments must be made by credit card.

The product ordered by the customer will be shipped to the address indicated on the order. An order cannot be associated with more than one postal address. We only ship the goods after receiving the full payment.

In order to guaranty your satisfaction we offer you the right to return any products ordered from this website within 8 days after reception. The products must be unused and in saleable condition, in ther original packing with tags. We will process the return within 8 days after reception of the goods and reimburse fully the paid amount.

All personal data are considered as confidential. Necessary information for the managing of the order can be communicated to other corporations associated with processing your order.

In the event of any disputes, the General sales conditions applied to the purchase are considered as legal basis. This following GSC are governed by Swiss law, excluding any other legislation.
